Cancellation Policy

We do not hold any liability for any lost or broken items. For this service, we are just going in to throw items in the homeowner-provided dumpster. We do not service any spaces/homes that contain needles, weapons, toxic chemicals, drugs, or anything that can harm our team. We will provide our own PPE. If you have any items that you do not want thrown away, you are responsible for removing those item(s) before the Repose Homes Team arrives. Any decorations provided by the client will be at the full responsibility of the client. The client is assuming the risk of damage or wear and tear of any items that they are having installed. Client must provide all hanging devices (tacks, nails, screws, anchors, hanging wires, etc) that are recommended for the weight and type of decor. We do not assume any liability for faulty hanging devices or loose/cracking/peeling of the home/space. Errands must maintain within a 15 mile radius from the location where the errand service is being performed. Any additional miles, must be pre-approved by Repose Homes, prior and there will be an extra fuel charge on top of the service fee. Repose Homes LLC does not assume liability in items that are damaged during transport, it is your responsibility to make sure items are properly packaged and protected. We will do our best to be careful with the item(s). Repose Homes, LLC does not assume liability for any item(s) or documents after they have left our presence. If an item is lost in the mail or delivered to the wrong address, you must contact the person/company responsible. We will ship, send or drop off items for you at the local shipping center, you must cover postage, packing and shipping. If your items are sent back to you due to wrong/incomplete address, Repose Homes, LLC does not assume responsibility or liability for any losses associated with the item(s). Repose Homes will use our own transportation and contain our own insurance. Repose Homes will do an initial walk-through to plan out the organizing that the client wants done. Any items that are sensitive or confidential will be kept confidential. If you do not feel comfortable with Repose Homes seeing your personal items during organizing, please put away. We will only organize the area(s) agreed upon. If items are not stored properly and something were to break while removing from storage, Repose Homes does not assume any liability for those item(s).
